Why is someone in my house on sorority life coming up as unknown?
If someone is coming up as unknown this means either 1) They deleted you off facebook or 2)You deleted them off facebook. *Please Note: If you search for unknowns in your house and people come up, refresh and do it again as sometimes the game glitches and shows people as unknown, when they aren't*
How do you find the 'unknown' people in your house?
Go to your My House tab. You'll see who all is in your house...In the search bar type in unknown. They'll pop up.
Why can't I play the "match and win"?
It's still in it's Beta phase. When things are in there Beta phases they are usually only released for a limited amount of people to use. If it goes beyond the Beta phase I think everyone will be able to use it.
How do you get Brownie Points without paying real money for them?
You can ONLY get brownie points if you pay for them with a credit card. OR by earning them in the game (moving up levels + some event mastories)
Can you put Brownie Points on this website so we can collect them?
Nope. That's impossible.

You do NOT get the exclusive item of glam until ONE day of the month that the creators of the game choose to give all VIP's that glam.
How is what you fight with calculated?
YOU DO NOT FIGHT WITH YOUR SISTERS GLAM. You fight with your own. You fight with your level times 5. Once you're level 100 you fight with 500 sisters a now on. Unless you have boarders then it's 500 times your boarders. No you don't fight with what your sisters are wearing. You fight with your own glam. Say you're level 100 and you have 1000 sisters. You ONLY fight with 500 so you don't need 1000 sisters. So if you're level 5 it's 5X5 so you'd need 25 of the BEST acessories, outfits, rides and boyfriends in CHARM + 25 of the best accessories, rides and boyfriends in POPULARITY. If you're level 100 or above it will always be 500 (unless you have boarders) so then you'd need to buy 500 of the best accesories, outfits, rides and boyfriends in CHARM and 500 of the best in POPULARITY. **TIP** Try to keep the charm and popularity in your SKILLS section at your level or higher. This will also help you in fights.
If someone burns me what do i do?
Be happy if you won most of the attacks from the burn. Being burned, if you win most of the attacks, helps your burn list grat go up and gives you more wins. Who cares if you have another TD on your stats? =)
How do i get a little sister?
Unfortunately, i am not exactly sure as i have never had a little sister. I have heard that you can get one by going to the pledge tab and refreshing multiple times, but i am not sure if that truly works
How often are new socializing events put up?
They come up according to your level.

I'm sorry but unfortanetly you HAVE to have a credit card in order to become VIP.

Sorority life accounts are always active. If you have multiple characters whichever one you last played is the only active character while your away.

How do i switch between characters?
Go to the 'Myself' tab >>> 'My Characters' tab >>> then switch characters. **please note you can only switch characters once every 60 minutes.

Some sisters are giving them out. Look in your Game Requests. (if you go to your home page of facebook it's on the left)
Why do people care if there sweetheart is stolen?
Yes it is a part of the game, but some girls feel it's annoying. Building up a sweetheart (SH) takes ALOT of time. You spend all the time to max out his charm and popularity and then someone steals him and all that time was wasted.

On sorority life you can create up to 10 different characters. If a higher level attacked you it is because they attacked you on one of there lower level characters and then changed back to a higher level. Example- If you're level 35 and one of there characters is level 106 and one is 34. They attack you on there level 34 and then switch back to level 106.

Your character’s level is determined by how many influence points you have. To get more influence: do socializing events, fight other players in the fight tab,attack on the burn list (if you'll win).
Can i add someone to my house that isn't my friend on facebook?
No. They have to be your friend on facebook in order for them to be in your house.

You get a depression when you're confidence goes to 0. This happens from someone attacking you off the fight list or if you were burned by another girl. As soon as a player becomes terminally depressed they will be sent to the spa. You can get out of the spa by clicking the little spa tab next to your confidence and paying a fee. If you terminally depress a player it can be known as 'destroying a girl'. To see how many people you have depressed or how many times you have been depressed view your sorority life profile.

You get cash by doing socializing events, voting for your sisters, being voted for, having a job, terminally depressing someone from the burnlist, or fighting and winning against someone who hasen't banked some of there money..

Once you save your name you can not change it. If your name was altered because it was reported inappropriate; you have to keep that name.
