The Steps
1. Type out the text you want. Change each letter to a color of your color scheme like I did below.
2. Right click on the layer and click "Rasterize Type". Right click on the layer again. Click "Blending Options". click "Stroke". Match your settings to mine.
3. Don't click ok. Click "Pattern Overlay". Match your settings to mine.
4. Still don't click ok. Click "Gradient Overlay". Match your settings to mine. The gradient I am using you will have already on your Photoshop. You shouldn't have to select any other. It's a preset gradient. Then click ok.
5. Make a new layer. (Layer >> New >> Layer >> ok). Drag that layer under your text layer. Right click on your text layer and click "Merge Down".
6. Your text will now look something like this.
7. Right click on the text layer. Click "Blending Options". Click "Stroke". Using your gradient match your settings to mine. Then click ok.
Your text will now look something like:
8. Make a new layer. (Layer >> New >> Layer >> ok). Drag that layer under your text layer. Right click on your text layer and click "Merge Down".
9. Right click on the text layer. Click "Blending Options". Click "Stroke". Using your scanline pattern match your settings to mine.
10. Don't click ok. Click "Drop Shadow". Match your settings to mine. Then click ok and you're done!
